Process Server Service

Based in Kettering Northamptonshire, Avalon Private Investigators are a process server agency efficient in serving court papers and legal documents for solicitors, Local Authorities, Government Agencies, Companies and Private Individuals throughout the Midlands and surrounding regions.

We understand that most busy solicitors offices are serving court papers to numerous persons on a daily basis. To speed the legal proceedings a fast and efficient process server will be preferred to save time and money.

Serving Court Papers

As an investigation and process server firm, Avalon can make sure that the documents are served on the intended recipient. Following successful serving of court papers we will supply the client with a proof of service statement or if required a sworn affidavit.

Should the recipient no longer be resident at the address that is provided then Avalon’s investigative expertise can be drawn upon. We will make every endeavour to find where the subject is currently residing in order to ensure the serving of court papers is achieved as quickly as possible.

Working for a pre-agreed fixed fee our process server service will include a Certificate of Service and two visits per case. If we need to use our Tracing Services to locate a recipient, however, this may involve an additional fee.
